RwandAir respects your privacy and will treat your personal information as confidential. We will use and share your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement. RwandAir may use the information you present to us unless otherwise restricted by the Laws of the Republic of Rwanda, for the purpose of processing your job application. RwandAir will utilize any one or more methods of job evaluation of the candidates including but not limited to online assessments, background screening, credit references, criminal record checks, address and identification verification, academic qualifications verification and employer references. You may also provide us with your personal information that we have not specifically requested (for example, your CV may contain information about your hobbies and social preferences). All information is provided on a voluntary basis and you determine the extent of information that you provide to us. If your job application does not succeed, RwandAir may retain the information you present in its talent pool in connection with the purposes described in this Privacy Statement. RwandAir may from time to time share the information you present with third parties to be used only for the purposes already stated above. RwandAir may check publicly available sources of information such as LinkedIN or similar sites for information relating to your skills, experiences or qualifications. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Statement at any time by posting revisions to our website. By clicking on the "I Accept" button below, you agree that the information you present to RwandAir in any job application shall be held and utilized as described above. You also agree that the information that you present is truthful and agree that you understand that false information shall be sufficient grounds for us to refuse to hire you, or for discharge should you be hired.
